Dusty grey 7 layer Tutu tulle skirt 25"

New for 2016 our gorgeous Tutu skirts.

Made from 6 layeres of soft Dusty grey tulle net and lined in a sumptuous satin with a matching stretch satin waist band.

The waistband stretches from 24"-32" with a little give either way. Larger sizes coming soon!
